Discover Scuba Diving
Half day program to try diving!
No experience necessary.
If you are not a certified diver or have never been diving before, you can try it today and enjoy the incredible underwater world. Taganga is a great place to experience your very first breaths under water and see the wonders of Tayrona national park.
After checking in at the dive center, your instructor will give you an introduction to the basics of the dive theory. In this briefing you will learn how to use your equipment, what to expect underwater, rules to keep you safe and the skills you will be learning. Then we go by boat to Tayrona national park and practice in confined water the use of scuba equipment. Once you have mastered the skills and feel confident, you will explore together with your instructor the underwater world.
We offer the Discover Scuba Diving program on our morning boat trip (2 dives) and on our afternoon boat trip (1 dive).
To sign up for this program you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.
