Description
With the PADI Open Water Diver course you get a basic training for recreational scuba diving. The groups are divided by language and there is a ratio of max. 4 students to 1 instructor. The course takes usually 3 days. If you are short in time, please get in touch with us and we will arrange a private training for you!
The schedule for the Open Water Diver course could look like this:
Day 1:
– 2 confined water trainings dives in shallow water, including learning about equipment, set up, performing skills and general practice
– Theory*
Day 2:
– 2 training dives in open water, maximum depth 12 meters/30 feet
– Theory*
Day 3:
– 2 training dives in open water, maximum depth 18 meters/60 feet
– Theory*
*Theory consists out of videos, knowledge reviews, quizzes and a final exam with PADI e-learning, all materials are digital and you can receive them in several languages. Before starting with the training in the water you must have started with the theory.
The price includes PADI e-learning and PADI certification, diving equipment rental incl. dive computer, half day training with the equipment in confined water, boat trips for the open water dives to the Tayrona National Park, and snacks & drinks during the breaks on our dive trips.
